After your health plan or care team refers you, we call to welcome you, review your medications and ask who you would like involved in your care, such as family or caregivers.

A HiDO technician visits your home to set up your device, help organize your medications and show you and your caregivers how everything works.

HiDO reminds you when it is time, dispenses your dose and records a short video to confirm it, so your approved caregivers and care team know whether each dose was taken.

Your pharmacy and care team update your medications and your HiDO schedule, then we confirm the changes with you.

Call HiDO support with device questions; health questions go to your care team. If doses are missed, your caregivers and care team can be notified so they can follow up.
HiDO helps you follow the plan your doctor prescribes; medication decisions always stay with your doctor. HiDO is not an emergency monitoring service.

The Ambient Care Loop™ links pharmacy dispensing with what actually happens in the home. Each action — dose taken, dose missed, or pattern change — feeds back into a unified loop, creating a verified record of medication use that enables early intervention and supports quality outcomes.
